I have never been a person who looks forward to the gym. Now I get hyped up for training sessions.
I was SO SORE after just my initial consultation. That feeling of fatigue,
paired with how sore I was the next day, let me know exactly where my blind spots
had been working out solo. I have gotten so much stronger than I ever thought possible
in such a short amount of time. Having a cheerleader in your corner, someone to push
you just enough, and take the hardest part of the workout off your plate — it's the
accountability — has made all the difference.
The moment she knew it was working
In the middle of a bathroom remodel at my home, I ended up needing to help my
plumber move a full-size soaker tub from my detached garage into the second story
of my house. He clearly had his doubts, but I strapped on my lifting gloves,
wrestled the tub up to the second story, and then went and had a full workout right after.

I put this off for way too long thinking I could figure it out on my own. You'll wish you started sooner.
I was tired of spinning my wheels on my own — working out here and there but not
seeing real results. I wanted structure, accountability, and someone who actually
knew what they were doing. A few months in, I feel like a completely different person.
My energy is through the roof, I'm showing up consistently, and I actually look forward
to my workouts. I've leaned out AND gotten noticeably stronger, which I didn't think
was possible at the same time. But honestly the biggest shift has been in how I carry
myself. I walk taller, I feel capable, and I trust my body in a way I never did before.

I thought this time wouldn't be different. Coach Rashad made all the difference.
I had been struggling with staying consistent regarding my health. I always found
an excuse — the famous "I don't have time." I felt sluggish, slow, and full. Full of
junk. When I met with Coach Rashad, I felt comfortable and in a safe space to be open
about all the wrongs and rights. When he reassured me that my goals were attainable
if I was willing to put in the work, I said, "Let's do this." Confidence, energy, and
strength have increased exponentially. Mindset? The impact is life-changing.
The moment she knew it was working
I was at the gym during the holidays. I asked myself, "Who am I?" and chuckled
because — look at me go. I prioritized the gym over all the craziness of the holidays.

On a day I didn't have training, I woke up and said 'I should go to the gym' — and went.
I wanted to be more active and have more movement in my life. I'm newer at the gym
and hoped to get some accountability, consistency, and change. My first week I struggled
and was really tired after workouts — it was a little defeating. But now I am more
energized, I feel a lot stronger, and I'm starting to look forward to the gym. It's
nice to have someone who knows what they're doing but also cares about the person
who wants to make the changes.

I used to think I could lift that heavy thing. I was quickly proven wrong. Now I can back it up.
Seeing myself in our engagement photos was a huge factor. My wife always nagged me
to go to the gym with her, and I never did. With this one opening, it was too hard
to say no. Physically I feel more proportional. I'm definitely stronger. My cardio
is WAY higher — I'm not as winded going up stairs. Having structured workouts that
are planned for my goals is great. The coaching feels more like a partnership, which
makes it much easier to keep accountability.
