The short version
We collect only what we need to run MindPwr Fit. We use it to send you your quiz result, deliver your program, and coach you. We never sell your information. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
1. Who we are
This site, mindpwrfit.com, is run by MindPwr Fitness LLC ("MindPwr Fit," "we," "us"). Coach Rashad runs it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
By using this site, you agree to this policy.
2. What we collect
When you take the free quiz (the Gut Check):
- Your first name and email address.
- Your quiz result (for example, "The Restarter").
When you buy a program:
- Your name, email, and billing details. Stripe handles your payment. We never see or store your full card number.
When you use the Consistency Tracker:
- Your workout check-ins and their dates. These save in your phone's web browser.
- If you buy Daily Support, your check-ins may also be sent to us so we can coach you.
When you message us or join our WhatsApp group:
- Your phone number, your name on WhatsApp, and anything you send us.
- If you share health or fitness details (like injuries, weight, or photos), we use them only to help you.
When you visit the site:
- Basic visit data, like pages viewed, the device and browser you use, your rough location (city or country), and how you found us. This comes from cookies and similar tools.
3. How we use it
- To send your quiz result and follow-up emails.
- To deliver the program you bought.
- To answer your questions and coach you.
- To process payments and refunds, including the Gut to Cut guarantee.
- To see which pages work and improve the site.
- To follow the law.
4. Who we share it with
We use a few trusted companies to run the business. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job:
- Kit (ConvertKit): stores your name, email, and quiz result, and sends our emails.
- Stripe: takes payments.
- Google Analytics: counts visits and shows us how people use the site.
- WordPress.com (Jetpack): basic site stats and security.
- IONOS: hosts the website.
- WhatsApp (Meta): runs our buyers' group and direct line.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
We will never sell, rent, or trade your information.
We only share your story, quote, or photo on our site if you say yes first.
5. WhatsApp
Our buyers' group is an announcements-only WhatsApp Community. Other members can't see your phone number there. Coach Rashad, as the admin, can. If you message our direct line, we see your number and your messages. WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.
6. Emails
If you take the quiz, you'll get emails from us. Every email has an "unsubscribe" link at the bottom. Click it and we stop. We may still send emails about something you bought, like a receipt.
7. Cookies
Cookies are small files saved by your browser. We use them to keep the site working and to count visits (Google Analytics). Our site also saves a few small notes in your browser, like when you closed our quiz pop-up, so we don't show it again too soon. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're on our email list or using our programs, and as long as the law requires for payment records. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless the law says we must keep it.
9. Your choices
- See it: ask for a copy of what we have about you.
- Fix it: ask us to correct anything wrong.
- Delete it: ask us to delete it.
- Stop emails: click "unsubscribe" in any email.
Email coach@mindpwrfit.com. We'll reply within 30 days.
10. Keeping it safe
We use secure hosting and trusted payment and email companies, and we limit who can see your information. No website is 100% safe, so we can't promise nothing will ever go wrong. If something does, we'll tell you as the law requires.
11. Kids
This site is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we'll delete it.
12. Other websites
Our site links to other sites, like Stripe, WhatsApp, and YouTube. Their privacy policies apply there, not ours.
13. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date at the top.
